Hi this is Anne Michels. The problem was anxiety, coupled with problem sleeping from the anxiety. It was pretty bad for several months. The program did help me in getting much better with that problem.
The best parts of the program were helping me to see that I had to take responsibility for getting better and also to focus on positive emotions instead of playing over and over negative scripts in my head about the problem.
And also the timeline therapy helped me to look at the triggering event in my life in a different perspective and that helped me then going forward to be able to release the negative fearful emotions connected with that triggering event.
Again, the program was definitely part of a healing process for me and life is better already. I am doing much better and remembering when I do have a moment of fear or anxiety, just remembering some of the principals of the program.
That definitely helps me to release the anxiety.

I, had just started a new job which was going to require me to travel quite often, including flying.
I would fly the first leg of a flight, then I couldn't get in the second flight... then I'd just take the bus back home... say I 'got sick'!
Or I wouldn't go at all, I would take a train, I would drive for a whole day instead of taking an airplane.
It was very bad.
I go this program approximately a month ago, and I went through it - it was excellent: really effective at helping me a lot. In fact, just about a week ago, I flew to Mexico, took an internal flight, then flew back... There were problems with the flights and it just didn't bother me that much!
I was just working throug this program and the techniques they gave me. And it made SUCH a big difference. I mean I went from a stress level of 10 down to maybe a stress level of 2 and this is just after shortly working with this program. I just want to thank you very much - and God Bless you.

Hi this is Tim from Charlotte in North Carolina, USA. My problem was with fear of public speaking and it was pretty bad. Couldn’t get up in front of a group and speak and in my line of work that was something that was being required to do more and more often.
My experience with the program has been short, only gone through it about a week ago. Haven’t have a chance to get up and do much public speaking, but feel like I am much more confident with it.
I am actually looking forward to the next opportunity to do that and if all goes well, life will be much better. Thank you.

Thank you! Thank you! for this excellent effective course. I desire to apply myself to regularly practicing the anchoring and timeline therapy as I can see that with each practicing of these tools the result is assured.
For years I worked on understanding the ´truth´ versus ´lies´of my fearful situations and yet I could not prevent the anxiety from speeding into motion with certain stimuli. Your course illuminates the missing links in combating this process; the power of our subconscious mind to respond to stimuli. Anchoring and timeline therapy give the remedy for the negative responses by reprogramming our subconscious mind to react to controllable stimuli with a positive response and by using our memoriy´s imagination to minimize the power of a long-held negative emotion. This is revolutionary for me and I am looking forward to practicing and maximizing the power of the anchoring and the timeline therapy.
The timeline therapy is refreshing / freeing and I look forward to applying it to each very negative experience that I have not been able to ignore over the years. Even as I have put it to action with 2-3 experiences, the joy of minimizing the force of the negative times has been freeing and uplifting.
Thank you very much for your insights and words on the CD´s. Your words and understanding of how to talk to a person who has anxiety or fear was refreshing and comforting! Thank you for this invaluable information.

Hi this is Nicole from Medrovian in Virginia USA. The first problem I was working on was the fear of vomiting. I would get very anxious whenever I had to eat because I was afraid I might throw up. I stopped going to restaurants because I thought I might get sick in front of people and be embarrassed.
After a week into the program I was able to eat without any fear or anxiety. Several weeks later I went to a restaurant for the first time in over two months and was fine. I also went to a BBQ.
There have been days when I do struggle with this fear, but I know if I continue to follow the program I will have more and more success.
The second problem I worked on was fear of thinness. If I felt I didn’t eat enough I would worry that I lost weight. I would constantly look in the mirror to assess my body image. I continue to struggle with this fear, but I know that the exercises and my hopeful attitude will resolve this issue.
