Kopophobia Online Test

The purpose of this test is to give a quick indication of whether this being tired fear is serious, to help you decide what action, if any, you should take.

Your answers to this questionnaire can quickly determine whether or not this is serious. A kopophobic diagnosis, of course, can only formally be given by your physician.

There are just 7 questions in this test, each in multiple-choice format to grade some aspect of your being tired fear.

The test should be done quickly. Avoid ‘over-thinking’ any question. You’ll find you know the answers instinctively. Go with that.
